Return Window

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery

Return Shipping

• Non-defective returns:
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping
  • A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply
• Defective, damaged, or incorrect items:
  • We will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse return shipping costs

How to Return an Item

2. Provide your order number and reason for return
3. We will send you return instructions
4. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method

Conditions

• Items must be unused and in original packaging
• Returns must be approved before being sent
• We are not responsible for returns lost in transit

Refunds

• Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive and inspect your return
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
